Building Community in Trenton
Bristol-Myers Squibb has a long history of investing in communities and, as one of the largest employers in Mercer County, New Jersey, our company and employees are closely involved with a wide range of non-profit organizations working to improve the quality of life in the City of Trenton.
In 2010, Bristol-Myers Squibb donated more than $400,000 to nearly two dozen non-profit groups that help Trenton families improve their neighborhoods, promote health and wellness, and survive in a challenging economy. Our employees are right there, too, serving as volunteers in local classrooms and soup kitchens, or helping to build affordable housing for the homeless.
Consistent with its focused approach to giving, Bristol-Myers Squibb supports Trenton-area non-profits in three strategic areas: addressing unmet medical needs and eliminating health disparities and barriers to care; improving the quality of education; and delivering essential services to the most vulnerable citizens.
