Long-Term Care Insurance: Coverage is available to elect for you and your eligible relatives (your spouse/same-sex domestic partner, parents, grandparents, children, etc.).
Business Travel Accident Coverage: Coverage relating to accidents that occur while on company business is funded by the company.
Disability Coverage: To protect your income if you’re disabled, short-term and long-term disability benefits are available to eligible employees and are funded by the company.
Reimbursement Accounts: These can be used to fund covered health care and/or dependent care expenses, with pre-tax contributions deducted from your pay throughout the year.
Flexible Benefits Program: You are able to lower your taxable income by contributing your share of the cost of health care, employee life insurance and dependent care reimbursement accounts on a pre-tax basis.
Savings Plan: Bristol-Myers Squibb provides employees with the opportunity to save for retirement using pre-tax and after-tax dollars. Through the 401(k) savings plan, the company will match your contribution dollar-for-dollar up to a certain percentage of your annual pay. Each year the company will also make an additional annual contribution on an employee’s behalf. Eligible employees can start contributing to the Savings Plan immediately.
